Quick Sesson Before Work!

I had 2 POTD to get done today so I snuck in a quick yoga session before work. I want to stress that I do about 30 minutes of yoga to warm and prep my body and then I do the harder poses at the end.

Malasana (wide knee squat) with hands variation that just felt right

I'm not straight as a pencil with my Shoulder Stand, but it is something to work towards
Shoulder Stand Sarvangasana takes a lot of core strength and a surprising amount of shoulder strength

Plow Pose Halasana is an awesome challenge for the hamstrings
